Section 51C of the Inland Revenue Ordinance requires every person carrying on a trade, profession or business in Hong Kong to keep sufficient records of his income and expenses in English or Chinese so that his assessable profits can be readily ascertained; without reasonable excuse. Failure to comply with the tax regulations will result in a maximum fine of $100,000. The term “sufficient records” means accounting records.

Accounting Charge:

Assuming about 51-100 accounting transactions in a month, the fee will be charged around $800-$1,800 per month/ $8,000-$18,000 per year; Assuming about 101-250 accounting transactions in a month, the fee will be charged around $1,300-$2,500 per month/ $13,000-$24,000 per year;
